Lean cupcake with jam can be made from a minimum set of products. What is such a cake good for? The fact that it does not have milk, eggs and butter. Therefore, you can eat it in any post. And those who adhere to vegetarianism will also be able to appreciate it.

Also, the cake is noteworthy in that, using different jam you get a different taste of baking. Apricot, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, pear, apple and other jams that huddle on a shelf in the pantry will become a culinary masterpiece thanks to our simple recipe.

The original recipe uses water, we took coconut milk. It turned out very interesting and tasty. Instead of milk, sweet syrup from pineapples or peaches, or juice from fruits, berries, closed in their own juice, is suitable.

Ingredients:

Flour - 1.5 tbsp .;

Coconut milk - 120 ml;

Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp .;

Soda - 1 tsp without a hill;

Jam - 100 g;

Sugar - 1/2 tbsp.

Recipe:

To begin, mix the jam with sugar. It may seem strange that we add sugar to the jam pie, but the jam will not be enough sweets. Although, if you think that the jam is very sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.

Add vegetable oil and soda. Take flavourless vegetable oil, olive or sunflower - no difference.

Mix well. When combining soda and jam, and stirring vigorously, the mass will begin to turn white. This is normal, it should be so.

Now add the sifted flour.

Knead the dough. It turns out a thick and beautiful color.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. From this test, you can make portioned cupcakes. They bake faster than 25 minutes. We check the readiness of the test with a match - pierce the pie in the center. If the match goes dry, then the cake is baked. If you don’t have dough, increase the time for baking the cake by 5-10 minutes.

Due to the peculiarities of gas ovens, baking times can be very different, so focus on your oven.

Cool the finished cake and remove from the mold. And serve to the table. Enjoy your meal.
