1. Put a pot of water on the stove. Pour into it a tablespoon of olive oil, salt. Dip the pasta into boiling water. Stir right away. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Throw the pasta into a colander and leave.

2. Chicken fillet clean from grease and films. Rinse and cut into narrow layers. We spread the meat in a deep dish, salt, season with Italian herbs and mix. Pickle for ten minutes.
