7-day diets - general principles

I practice buckwheat diet periodically. And always excellent results. Since I generally like buckwheat, the diet does not cause inconvenience. Of course, without salt, it still tastes ... I just don’t drink kefir, I don’t like milk at all. I lay on the mineral water. The result is the same.
