During the pregnancy of the Duchess of Cambridge closely watches the whole world. And this is understandable, because the wife of Prince William is carrying the future heir to the British throne. As you know, in December 2012, Kate had to spend some time in the clinic to get rid of the strongest toxicosis. Fortunately, the Duchess is currently feeling much better. Doctors prescribed her a balanced diet (3000 calories daily).

Katherine pampers herself with juice, cereal bars, and even eats chocolate. Doctors who carefully monitor the state of health of the Duchess, believe that Kate's excessive thinness is contraindicated, so she should eat fully.

Experts even allowed the duchess to play sports, of course - within reasonable limits. Kate prefers Pilates - a set of exercises that resembles yoga, only for Europeans. And of course, doctors recommend the future mom to walk a lot in the fresh air, which Kate does. Her company is a Cooper Spaniel Lupo.

The Duchess somehow let it slip that she gets so much positive from playing with her beloved dog that it normalizes her pressure. According to rough estimates, the prince's wife should give birth in the middle of summer. The sex of the baby is still unknown, however, William and Kate should not worry if a girl is born. According to British law, their child, regardless of gender, will be heir to the throne.
