Ankle bens is just perfect for different types of side dishes, it will turn out especially delicious with mashed potatoes or rice. Zucchini choose young, add carrots and onions, add sweet fragrant peppers and tomatoes. Be sure to add granulated sugar to the workpiece. Ankl bens is perfectly stored all winter, so you can prepare larger jars, believe me, this preparation will not stand idle for a long time on shelves of bins.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 500 g
  • Carrots - 120 g
  • Tomatoes - 150 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Sweet pepper - 150 g
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp

Cooking process

Prepare all the necessary ingredients on a list. Prepare zucchini - wash and dry, then cut into small cubes. Zucchini can immediately be put in a pan.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the growth site of the stem. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and add to the zucchini.
