Stewing potatoes with mushrooms is very simple. This is such an option for a quick dinner or a lazy lunch. Only we propose to simplify the task even further - to put out this dish in the oven. Moreover, you do not need to fry anything before

To prepare a dish in the oven, it is best to take a lobster or cauldron with a lid. This dishes is not only thick-bottomed, but also thick-walled. The dishes will retain heat well, and potatoes with mushrooms will languish, as in an oven.

What mushrooms to take? We took mushrooms, but you can also take wild mushrooms. Only they first need to be boiled, and then put out. Be careful with wild mushrooms and follow all recommendations for their preparation.

Ingredients:

Potato - 3 kg

Champignons - 1 kg

Sour cream - 150 g

Broth or water - 400 ml

Salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe:

You can take any kind of potato for this dish. You can even cook this dish with new potatoes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes or slices. We spread it in the duckweed.

Sort the champignon mushrooms; those that are clean do not need to be washed. You can wipe them with a dry washcloth. Those mushrooms that need to be washed are better used for another dish, because after washing the champignons lose their aroma. Spread the mushrooms on top of the potatoes. If there are a lot of mushrooms, and they will not fit into the dishes, do not despair. When you put the chicken into the oven, after 15 minutes the mushrooms will “sit down” and you can add the remaining mushrooms

Mix sour cream with water, and even better with vegetable or meat broth. Add salt and pepper to your taste (1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper for a given amount of vegetables and mushrooms, for our taste was enough).

Stir the mixture.

Pour potatoes with mushrooms mixture. The liquid should be no more than half the dishes. It'll be enough.

We put the dishes in the oven and simmer at 180 degrees 40 minutes. The mushroom will be cooked exactly during this time, but check the potatoes. If it is not ready, keep the potatoes in the oven until cooked.

Ready potatoes with mushrooms are good not only immediately, but also the next day. The aroma of mushrooms and sour cream permeates all the potatoes, and the dish will become even tastier.
