Hercules oatmeal cookies - general principles of preparation

Hercules oatmeal is large and free of impurities; it is best suited for the preparation of cookies. You need to choose flakes from trusted manufacturers and as fresh as possible.

For oatmeal, the cereal is left whole, crushed into crumbs or flour. From each option, individual oatmeal cookies of various consistencies are obtained.

In oat dough, you must add a binder component. They may be a chicken or quail egg (in its entirety, only yolk or only protein) or a banana. Butter (butter or vegetable) is also suitable - the flakes will be soaked with them and will stick together, forming a dough for baking.

It is permissible to add wheat flour (premium), corn starch or dry semolina into oat dough.

Dried fruits or fresh fruits, corn flakes or popped rice, spices or spices, chopped candied fruits or ground nuts are used as additives in the recipes of such a treat.

Ingredients:

Cooking method:
