Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of minced pork;

• 1 egg;

• 1 spoon of tomato;

• 0.5 tbsp. rice;

• 1 onion;

• 3 tablespoons of oil;

• 4 tablespoons sour cream;

• 2-3 tablespoons of flour;

Cooking

1. Rinse the rice, pour three glasses of water and boil until cooked. But we make sure that the grains do not fall apart and remain solid.

2. Drain the rice in a colander, let it cool.
